Have you ever had one of those days? One of those weeks? One of those months?
If you haven't, you probably aren't human.
Like you haven't had time to go to the gym in a few weeks and you can tell your jeans are fitting a little tighter than they used to?
We've all been there
You are cramming to finish school or work assignments and look like you got hit by a truck the next morning?
We've all been there
Not feeling attractive or that your significant other is losing interest. But they really aren't it is just your mind playing tricks on you and making you think the worst like it always does.
We've all been there
Have you ever had one of those days that you just don't even feel like yourself. You look in the mirror and think, "Who is she?"
Yea, we've all been there.
Us as women are intimidated by other women. We look around everyday and think that the women around us have it together because their hair is perfect and their make up isn't smudged from crying because you're stressed or wiping the sleep from your eyes. But we never think that she's been in my shoes before.
Like I sais, WE'VE ALL BEEN THERE. We have all had our great days when our hair looks great, we don't get stuck in traffic, and we remember our goals for that day. But its on the days that we are struggling that we forget that this is just a rough spot in our wonderful life. There is more to life than just that ONE bad day, but somehow that one bad day can snowball into a bad week and so on. It is our job as women to lift each other up and encourage each other. So the next time you are having a great day with a great outlook on life and your day, share that positively to the woman who standing beside you with panic and stress in her eyes. It could change her day. Just think, if every woman decided to show positivity towards each other instead of competition, the world would probably change. Be a motivator and give life to others, don't suck it out of the people around you. Every woman has had one of Those Days. And every other woman has the power to help her through it.
Because after all, we've all been there.
